ORDERING + PAYMENT:

 

How will I know my order went through?
A: When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation within 24 business hours.

Who do I contact if I have a question about or issue with my order?
A: If you have any questions concerning your order, please contact WonderSwag@creativesolutions.net

Is there a limit to how much I can order?
A: No, you can order as much as you’d like from the store. 

How do I pay?
A: Orders placed on the Wonder Swag Store will be processed with a credit card transaction. 

How can I go about changing or canceling my order?
A: To change or cancel an order, please contact WonderSwag@creativesolutions.net immediately, as there may be a chance that we have already processed your order for shipment. They will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.

Can I return or exchange a product?
A: We ask that you refrain from returning or exchanging merchandise to the store, unless the item is defective or there is a reasonable issue, otherwise.  In the case your item is defective, please contact the Team at Creative Solutions.

What if I would like to order an item not available on the site or I have a special order I would like to place for my team?
A: Please reach out to WonderSwag@creativesolutions.net

 

YOUR ACCOUNT:

How can I retrieve my password?
A:  On the login screen, click on “forgot your username or password.”  You will be prompted from there to reset it.

 

DELIVERY:

When will my order ship and how do I track it?
A:  All store orders will ship approximately 48-96 business house after receipt, and you will receive tracking when your goods are on the way.

What is the approximate shipping time for my order?
A: Transit times will vary based upon how far the package must travel to arrive at its destination. All packages ship from Morganville, NJ. For domestic shipments: This can take anywhere from 1-6 business days. For international shipments: This will usually take approximately 3-8 days.

Shipping cost?
A: The shipping costs displayed are real time rates from Ups.   

Can items be shipped to a P.O. Box?
A: No - Unfortunately, UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide an address such as: "123 Main St APT #123" instead of "P.O. BOX 123”

What if my item appears to be lost or stolen?
A: Email WonderSwag@creativesolutions.net but do not include your address in your email.  Just share your name and order number, and the CS team can look this up for you.
